Marty (CEO/Founder)
A nurse by trade, he wanted a coffee that could fuel his life outside of career that may lead to something greater! Hence, the 3rd Wind Coffee Co. idea was born in a gutted apartment with his business partner Tyler.
Jessica (COO/Founder)
Jessica needs all the coffee she can get her hands on to deal with her husband! Haha! Jessica just happens to be wife to Marty! She is a business owner, dog lover, nonprofit owner, and amazing wife/dog mom! Great coffee is a requirement when trying to juggle all of that!
Tyler (VP/Founder)
Tyler and Marty have been business partners for years but friends for almost a lifetime! Tyler can fix anything he touches and has a dream of traveling to mars on a rocket ship fueled by coffee! He loves everything space, and would seriously go to mars if the opportunity presented itself.

Like "The Stig" from top gear! Our roast master exists and is at the top of his game, but you may never find out his true identity!
